Online Banking and Bill Pay

Available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any Internet-connected computer serves as your gateway to your money.

Online Banking allows you to:

  • See your account balances
  • View your account histories or download them into personal finance software
  • Transfer funds between accounts under your own primary number or any account you have
    relationship with
  • Set up automatic transfers to occur between your accounts
  • Apply for a loan, or check the status of an application
  • Make loan payments to any Ohio HealthCare FCU loan
  • Request a check withdrawal and a check will be mailed right to your home
  • Obtain FREE digital images of your cancelled checks
  • Account to Account Transfer - transfer money between your OHCFCU Checking account and an account with another financial institution
  • Set up account alerts via email or text, such as low balance alerts, deposit alerts, or any other alert that would make your life easier
  • DeposZip - online account depositing

Online Bill Pay allows you to:

  • Enter payments anytime you want, and schedule them to be drafted from your checking account when
    you want them to be paid.
  • Set up recurring payments for things like rent, mortgage, loan, insurance payments...enter them once,
    then every month they get paid automatically.
  • Sign up for eBills, you'll receive an electronic bill from your payees and be notified as soon as it hits your Bill Pay account.
  • Set up payments to be made automatically once your eBill hits.
  • Organize your bills into categories for easier money management.
  • Take advantage of expedited payments if you need a payee to receive it immediately.

It's easy to use and FREE! And since the security of your money is of paramount importance to us, we've made sure our online banking system is equipped with industrial-strength security.

To register, click the "log in" link toward the top of the page. You will need your member number and password. You likely set your password when you opened your OHCFCU account. If not, please contact one of our member service representatives at 866-254-4791.

eStatements

Our eStatement system stores your statements so you don't have to. It is safe, secure, and convenient, and it puts your statements at your fingertips whenever you need them.

Instead of processing, printing, stuffing and mailing thousands of statements every month, we simply send a file to your online banking account, and you receive an email that your statements are ready. Then you simply login and view your statements.

From there, it's up to you. You can print them for your records, or you can leave them filed electronically retrieve them whenever you need. Our system keeps up to 12 months of statements stored securely. Less paper, less hassle, fewer paper cuts. Sigining up is easy:

1. Login to your online banking account

2. Click on "eStatement Opt In" under the "Accounts" tab

  • Accept the disclosure and we'll get you registered! Your eStatements will begin at the next statement cycle.
  • At the next statement period you will receive an email notification that your statement is ready for your review. Simply log in to your online banking account and click on eStatements under the "Accounts" tab.

Account to Account Transfer

We know you probably have accounts elsewhere, and we want to make it easy for you to transfer money to and from your OHCFCU checking account. Account to Account Transfer allows you to do just that...directly through CU@Home. Simply log in to your CU@Home account and click on the Account to Account Transfer link under the "Accounts" tab. Follow the Quick Start instructions, complete the verification process, and you are ready to go! Transfers into your credit union checking account are completely free. Transfers out of your credit union checking account will be assessed a 30 cent fee per transaction.

NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY NCUA INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS

All funds in a ''noninterest-bearing transaction account'' are insured in full by the National Credit Union Administration through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to members under the NCUA's general share insurance rules.

The term ''noninterest-bearing transaction account'' includes a traditional share draft account (or demand deposit account) on which the insured credit union pays no interest or dividend. It does not include any transaction account that may earn interest or dividends, a negotiable order of withdrawal (''NOW'') account, money market deposit account, and Interest on Lawyers Trust Account (''IOLTA''), even if share drafts may be drawn on the account.
